  • Bokchoy normally requires quick cooking to maintain its taste and texture, for soups and stews it's best to add bokchoy at the end of the cooking process or use this together with garlic, ginger and soy sauce to make a simple yet delicious stir-fry. Our bokchoy are harvested fresh from the farm. However, leafy vegetables lose moisture during packing and shipping. Soaking the bokchoy in ice cold water for 3-5 minutes will liven them up and make them crisp again.
